Buffalo Bayou Twilight Bat Tour (September - November)

Are you afraid of the dark? Are you in love with bats now thanks to Twilight. The Bat tour is a very unique way of experiencing Houston. The tour is roughly 2-2.5 hours. You will get the opportunity to see the sun set on the water as you paddle through the beautiful Houston scenery of Buffalo Bayou Park. The highlight of the tour is the Waugh Bridge Bat Colony. You will learn all about the bats that reside at Waugh Bridge. You will sit back, relax, and watch the amazing journey of these flying friends as they leave their home to put on a show just for you. This is a night tour and you will paddle by flashlight or moonlight. Make sure you bring your camera as these are views few people get to see (NO FLASH). After the show you will paddle downtown to Sabine street and see the skyline like you've never seen it before.
